Sound familiar?
Most local businesses are not short of work. They are short of hours.
These are the four problems we are asked about most often. If more than one of them is true for you, there is usually a straightforward first fix.
Enquiries that go missing
A call comes in while you are on site. A form lands in a shared inbox nobody owns. By the time anyone answers, the customer has already booked someone else.
Quotes that never get chased
You send the quote and then it goes quiet. Chasing it is somebody's job in theory, but in practice it depends on who remembers, and most of them are never followed up at all.
Admin that eats your evenings
Invoices, job sheets, certificates and confirmation emails — all typed out again from scratch after the working day has already finished.
Information scattered everywhere
Half of it is in a spreadsheet, some in WhatsApp, the rest in somebody's head. No one view of who asked for what, or what happens next.
What we build
Practical systems built around the way your business already works.
We map your current process first, build around the tools your team already knows, and start with one useful improvement rather than a wholesale technology change.

Not sure where to start?
Most people are not certain which of these they need, and that is completely normal. We will look at your week and identify the first practical win.
How it works
Four steps, and you can stop after any of them.
Nothing here requires you to commit to a long project up front. The first step costs you a conversation.

- Step 1
We map where time or leads are being lost
We sit with you and walk through a normal week — how enquiries arrive, who touches them and where things stall. No software is bought or changed at this stage.
Your partA conversation and a look at how you work today.
- Step 2
We agree one useful first build
We come back with a written scope: what we will build, what it will do, what it will not do, and what it costs. You decide whether to go ahead.
Your partA decision on the scope, in writing.
- Step 3
We build and test it with your team
We build it, then run it alongside your current process so nothing breaks. Your team tries it on real work and tells us what is wrong before we switch over.
Your partSomeone to test it and be honest about it.
- Step 4
We support it and measure the result
We keep it running and check whether it actually did what we said it would. If it did not, we say so and fix it.
Your partA short review once it has been live a while.
Pilots & results
Our first pilot is live. We will publish what it did — good or bad.
Wyngo is new. Rather than borrow someone else's statistics, we are running a first pilot with a Portsmouth salon and will publish the real before-and-after once there is enough data to be honest about it.
Pilot in progress — no results to report yet
Before
Bookings by phone, diary on paper
- Enquiries arrive by phone, Instagram and walk-in
- Availability lives in a paper diary at the desk
- No-shows chased manually, when there is time
What we are building
One booking system, one enquiry inbox
- A new website with online booking
- Every enquiry channel into a single place
- Automatic confirmations and reminders
What we will measure
Agreed with the client before we start
- Enquiries received versus enquiries answered
- No-show rate before and after reminders
- Hours per week spent on booking admin
When we do quote a number, it will come with the baseline it was measured against and how we measured it.
Built here, for businesses here
We work with businesses we can drive to.
Wyngo is based in Portsmouth and works across South Hampshire. That is a deliberate limit, not a starting position — being able to turn up in person is most of what makes this work.
People
You deal with the people who build the thing. No account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet.
Businesses
Small teams where everyone already does three jobs. We build for how that actually works, not for an org chart.
Portsmouth
We are here. We can come to your unit, your yard or your salon, and we do — that is usually where the real problem becomes obvious.

Ways to work together
Start small. Carry on only if it was worth it.
Every route below has a written scope before any work begins, so you know what you are getting and what you are not.
Starter pilot
One clearly-scoped fix for the single problem costing you the most time. Small enough to be worth trying, big enough to be worth having.
- One workflow, mapped and rebuilt
- Set up and tested with your team
- A short review of whether it worked
Not a full system replacement, and not a long contract.
Most common
Defined build
A fixed scope with a written specification and a fixed price, agreed before anything is built. The route most clients take after a pilot.
- Written scope, agreed up front
- Fixed price, agreed up front
- Built, tested and handed over properly
- Your team trained on it
Changes outside the agreed scope are quoted separately rather than absorbed quietly.
Ongoing partnership
We keep it running, keep improving it, and work through the rest of the list as your priorities change.
- Ongoing support and monitoring
- Continuous improvement of what we built
- First call on new work as it comes up
Monthly, and you can stop it. No minimum term.
Questions
The things people ask before they get in touch.
If your question is not here, ask it directly — we would rather answer it now than after you have committed to something.
What does it cost?
The first conversation is free and there is no obligation after it. If we then scope a piece of work, you get a fixed price in writing before anything is built — we do not start work on an open-ended day rate and send you the bill afterwards.
Do we have to change the software we already use?
Usually not. We start by building around what your team already knows, because a system nobody uses is worse than the spreadsheet it replaced. If something genuinely needs replacing we will tell you why, and it will be your decision.
What happens to our data?
Your data stays yours. We will tell you exactly where it is stored and who can see it before we build anything, and if you stop working with us you get an export of everything in a format you can actually use. We will also put that in writing.
How long does it take?
It depends entirely on what we are building, so we will not pretend there is a standard answer. What we will do is give you a realistic timescale as part of the written scope, before you commit — and tell you early if it slips.
What support do we get afterwards?
Every build includes a period of support while your team settles into it. After that you can either leave it running as it is, or keep us on an ongoing basis to maintain and improve it. There is no minimum term on ongoing support.
What if you are not the right fit for us?
We will say so. If your problem is better solved by an off-the-shelf product, by hiring someone, or by simply changing how the team works, that is what we will tell you in the first conversation — it costs us an hour and saves you a great deal more than that.
Next step
Book a practical 30-minute conversation.
No presentation and no obligation. We will ask how enquiries reach you and where the week goes, and tell you honestly whether there is something worth building.
